We work on all types of subdivision including rural, residential, commercial, industrial and unit title subdivisions.
We start with a meeting on the site to determine what our client is wanting to achieve. This initial consultation is free of charge.
We then investigate feasibility of the subdivision and prepare costings for client approval.
The process of applying for Resource Consent can then begin.
Following Resource Consent approval, we work together with our client and various contractors to complete the subdivision and the conditions of the Resource Consent.
Once the subdivision conditions have been completed, we apply to Council for the necessary completion certificates, then work together with our clients’ solicitor for the uplift of new titles.
