Resource Consents
Resource Consents are required for all subdivisions, boundary relocations, boundary adjustments, update of a cross lease plan and for various projects where a Land Use Consent is required for a certain activity.
The Resource Consent process is at the beginning of the project. We have a good relationship with the various Council’s and will often discuss feasibility of a project with Council to determine any potential issues if the proposal is complicated.
